If you live in Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, South Ayrshire, West Lothian or Dumfries & Galloway and your household contains any people who are:

  • Suffering from Mental health conditions

  • Suffering Disabilities

  • Over the age of 65

  • Pregnant

  • Children younger than school age
