Ok, definitely no benefits?  You could still qualify under local authority flexibility - this is an extension of the ECO3 scheme.

If you live in one of these areas, we may be able to secure you funding, even though you are not on a benefit.  This means up to 100% off the replacement of an old, inefficient gas boiler, insulation or first time central heating.
